01 — What it is
Near invisible
protection.
Gloss paint protection film is an optically clear urethane film, fitted over your paint panel by panel. Stone chips, scuffs and wash marks land on the film rather than your clear coat. We spend the time to get the perfect finish, with meticulous time spent on corners, edges and intricate areas.

One panel resprayed

That is the going rate for a single panel at a proper bodyshop, more on metallics and complex colours. Chips never arrive alone: the bumper, bonnet and both wings sit in the same firing line.

The front end, done properly
£600–£1,200
Bumper and bonnet together, blended into the wings so the colour matches. Do that once and you have spent most of a Front End Kit — on paint that will chip again.

Handing back a lease
£300–£750+
End-of-contract damage charges average around £300 and run past £750. BVRLA fair wear and tear allows scratches under 25mm — a chip that means the whole panel gets repainted is chargeable, and roughly four in ten returned cars get billed.

We fit the PURE PPF Crystal Series — a thermoplastic polyurethane film with a ceramic-infused topcoat, formulated and tested over a decade for anti-yellowing.

How the film is built
Four layers, three of which stay on your car. The release liner comes off as we fit, leaving adhesive, urethane and topcoat working together — the urethane takes the impact, the topcoat takes the weather.

Gloss, coloured
or matte.
Three PURE PPF ranges, all TPU, all self-healing, all removable. Crystal and Frost carry a 12-year warranty, the colour films 10. Coloured and Frost change the finish until they come off, so it is worth seeing samples on your paint first.

The urethane takes rock chips, deep scratches and chemical damage; the ceramic topcoat repels water and grime, shrugs off water spots and stains, and closes light scratches by itself on a warm panel. Colour change and paint protection in one film. Pigmented TPU in OEM-inspired palettes — solids, metallic flake, satin and matte, liquid metals and colour-shift, over 80 colours. Four times thicker than traditional vinyl, so it holds a paint-like gloss with no waviness where laminated PVC wraps go flat with sun and washing. Self-healing and hydrophobic like the clear film, and the factory paint underneath comes out untouched.

Add-on
Ceramic coating on top
The Crystal topcoat is already ceramic-infused, so this is the last few percent — plus the panels film does not cover: glass, wheels, trim. Quoted alongside your kit or added later.
Every 6-12 months
Maintenance washes with us
Book the car in and we decontaminate, safe-wash and inspect every edge. Anything lifting gets sorted while it is on the ramp, and the topcoat gets heated to close up scuffs.

Will I be able to see the film?

Will I be able to see the film?
Anything under the film stays under the film, so decontamination and a light machine polish are part of every fit. If the paint has deeper swirls or scratches we quote the correction separately and show you what it will gain.
How long is the car with you?
A Front End Kit is one to two days, a Track Pack two to three, a Full Exterior four to five. The Bespoke Bulk Kit takes five to seven, with trim removed where it needs to come off.
Can it go over a wrap?
No. Film needs to bond to paint or a hard factory finish. If your car is already wrapped, a ceramic coating is the way to protect it.
Is ceramic coating worth adding on top?
The Crystal film already carries a ceramic-infused hydrophobic topcoat, so it is optional rather than essential. Where a coating earns its money is on the panels film does not cover, plus glass and wheels.
Can the film be removed later?
Yes, with heat and patience. Removed properly it leaves your original paint as it was, which is exactly why film holds value at resale.
